As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and partner success, we're excited to share the latest enhancements to our Unified SASE and XDR Solutions. These updates are designed to provide you with greater control, flexibility, and efficiency in managing your clients' security needs.

Designated Admin Roles for Each Client:

We've introduced a new feature in the Central Admin Console that allows MSPs to assign specific technicians as admins for different clients. This enhancement offers:

• Personalized security management for each client
• Automatic routing of important alerts and reports to the designated admin's email
• Improved oversight and responsiveness to client-specific security needs

Please note: If you don't assign admins for each workspace, the main admin of the MSP partner portal will become the default admin and receive all notifications and reports for all workspaces.

ZTNA Integration with Existing Firewalls:

Exium now offers the ability to uplift your existing firewall deployments by connecting them to our CyberMesh. This feature:

• Expands SASE services, including Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), to your existing locations
• Enhances your current security infrastructure without complete replacement
• Provides a seamless transition to advanced SASE capabilities

Enhanced Control Over Software Upgrades:

We understand the importance of minimizing disruptions during software updates. To address this:

• Exium typically rolls out software enhancements during off-peak hours
• MSPs now have the option to disable auto-upgrades
• Manual initiation of upgrades is available, allowing you to schedule updates according to your preferences
